Cicada Activity: Last four weeks they have congregated heavily in the trees around our office – mostly oaks. Noisy. During last week, specimens have been found in parking lot (large about 2.5″ long and 3\/4″ thick)<\/p>\n
Comments: These are dark in color with white bellies and markings on back. Prior years have been smaller and more brownish in color. From what I’ve read these would be brood X.<\/p>\n
