I&#8217;ve had 2 people tell me Cicada and one possibly could be an asian hornet. I did find about 8 holes in my garden bed when weeding but understand both live in underground. From researching this insect I have not seen anything about Cicada being in WA Sate. I also have a dead one that I have kept.
