Describe Cicadas activity: We have about 15-20 burrows around a tree in our front yard. They appear to have bluish bodies and brown/gold wings. And they are NOISY! I can’t get a picture because every time I think I can do it, as soon as I step near a burrow, one or more come out and I run! I’m allergic to bees to the point of having to carry an Epi-Pen at all times, so I get freaked out.They’re big and they fly and that’s all the info I need to run! However, upon trying to research them, it seems they aren’t supposed to be in my area right now.
